Yes - within 14 days of receiving your order, in unworn condition with the labels still on. You're responsible for return shipping. Once we get it back, you'll get a full refund or an exchange - your call.

Depends on the piece:

Hoodies: Oversized, drop-shoulder. If you want a relaxed look, take your normal size. If you want it really baggy, size up.
Tees: Semi-fitted. True to size for most people.
Quarter-zips: Drop-shoulder, slightly oversized. True to size unless you like room - then size up.
Beanies & caps: One size, fits most adults.
